We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service at Crystal Resort Sun Moon Lake. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our needs, even assisting us with finding information about bringing certain items back to Singapore. Ms. Cherry, in particular, provided sincere and polite service, making our stay truly wonderful. The room facilities were excellent, with comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and even a jacuzzi in the bathroom. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet spread at breakfast, which had a stunning view of the lake. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is definitely recommended to others. We loved food and location here, everything needed for our christmas was provided. Besides, the parking was nearby. Sun moon lake is not far from the venue. Plus it was max 5 mins walk to the lake.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right at the pier where we took the ferry to tour around the lake. The hotel was also conveniently situated in the downtown area of the lake, close to the cable car station and shopping area. The staff were excellent and provided exceptional service, always ready to help with any requests. The room was spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities, including a mini-bar and free Wi-Fi. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, which allowed for a peaceful night's rest. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the stunning view of the lake from the breakfast cafe was a great way to start the day.

Stayed for one night at a small boutique hotel. The staff were excellent and the rooms were beautifully furnished with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was good too. One advantage was the hotel's location at the quieter terminal. Another was the availability of 100 NT day boat pass from the hotel.

The lake-facing full-wall windows had several bay-windows in them, with an optically deformed vertical strip that interrupted the view. The greenish tinge of the window glass was all right from within but when viewed from outside, the glass was much greener than inside, and the outside view of the hotel was rather uninspiring.

Got a room with a lake view, great for relaxing after long day at work. the breakfast offered basic options but still good. being able to get around easily was helpful, as there were transport options in the vicinity.

The bathroom was open plan with no privacy, which was awkward for business purposes. the room could have been cleaner and the staff could have been more welcoming.

Located near the lake, the hotel is an ideal place to enjoy the gondola ride to the amusement park and cultural center One Piece. the rooms are comfortable and have great views of the lake. the staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. Breakfast buffet offers various options, and guests can take advantage of the free activities on weekdays.

The hotel lacks the luxury of a typical resort and the surrounding area can be quiet, with limited dining options at night.

I had a great stay at the hotel on the lakeside; the location is perfect for exploring the night market and taking a gondola ride to a cultural center. The staff are friendly, speak English fluently, and provide helpful recommendations. Additionally, the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were very mindful about explaining which items had pork, which my group appreciated.
